(Paint-Free) Winter Animal Handprint Crafts
I think any mom can relate when I say that handprints might be the cutest thing ever (except when they are smeared all over your windows and walls!).
That’s why whenever I can avoid paint for a craft… I will. So thankfully these winter animal handprints only require paper, a few markers and a glue stick. Simple, adorable and a lot of fun!
Polar bears are one of the most iconic winter related animal. Your child may need help designing the polar bear’s head, but I bet they can cut out some amazing faux icebergs as pictured above!
I love the added texture this cardinal handprint idea brings using felt and feathers. Save this idea for future seasonal bird episodes because it can be extremely versatile!
What child doesn’t love a set of googly eyes! Our Arctic Fox episode might be one of my favorites because I love the camouflaging abilities of these animals. Try making one white winter arctic fox and one brown spring arctic fox - then compare and contrast the coats of this animal depending on the time of year!
