Animal Themed Games for Preschoolers + Kindergarteners

There is nothing better than pizza + game night! Last summer we had pizza and game night every Friday on our back deck. It was always something to look forward to, and I can’t wait to do something similar this year.

Games are a great way to bring connection, learning and fun into your family without the use of screens. Plus your kids will walk away learning so much without even realizing it.

Honestly, a lot of our homeschool centers around games!

Here are just a few areas of development that games can benefit:

Problem solving, critical thinking, visual cognition skills, fine motor skills, communication, visual scanning, memory, concentration + so much more.

Here is a round up of 6 of our favorite animal themed games for your next game night:

  1. Eboo Memory + Matching Woodland

  2. Chuck & Roar Family Dominoes

  3. Hoot Hoot Owl

  4. Sequence for Kids

  5. The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel Game

  6. Hedgehog Habernash

What are some of your family’s favorite games? I would love to share them with the rest of the Hear Them Roar family!
